How can I place an exhibitor order?

Placing an order is super easy! Just go to the “Exhibitor Orders” on the rental tab on Total Events and follow the simple instructions. Make sure to read any notes provided for accurate ordering (such as giving show and company information).

What if I need electricity for my booth?

Electricity is factored based on venue. Please review your Exhibitor Package, provided by your Show Coordinator, to determine if you need to order electricity through Total Events or an alternative means.

My exhibitor sheet says that the area is already carpeted. Do I still need to order carpet?

No, you do not need carpeting unless you prefer a different color.

I forgot to order exhibitor items beforehand and now it’s the day of the show! Help!

Don’t panic! Total Events has a table setup where they have some limited extra items that can be rented out (Show pricing would be applied). Please note that larger items, such as carpet, A/V, etc. may not be available.
