CUSTOMER PICK-UP AND RETURN
For customers with smaller orders and those who have the proper vehicle, we offer customer pick-up and return. Please note that some items are restricted for customer pick up and return due to a need for assembly and special handling. Your Event Specialist can provide details and assist with any questions.
EVENT INSTALLATION SERVICES
Tents, dance floors, stage, lighting - Total Events is responsible for set-up and breakdown of these items at no additional charge. But what about tables and chairs, linen, centerpieces - who is responsible? Great question! This is a very important task to clarify with your vendor team. Venues, caterers and planners may each address this differently. And if necessary, Total Events can handle. On the same note, if you have a more complex or elaborate set-up that requires your Event Specialist to be on site during your event, we can certainly arrange to have them on site and assist with the coordination. During your Consult, your Event Specialist will discuss with you what costs are associated with these installation services.

There are no “re-do’s” with events. Regardless of the preparation that goes into an event, issues can arise that you may need help with.
