DESIGN SHOWROOM CONSULTATION

Our showroom offers a relaxing, carefree space to design your event. Our professional Event Specialists will walk you through the process of making all the selections that fit you, and create a design that is all your own. Because we want to give each and every client our undivided attention, we request clients schedule an appointment. To schedule an appointment, simply complete our Pre-Consult Form and we will coordinate a time for you to come in. Need more time to design - no problem! Talk to your Event Specialist about our design and consultation services and rates.

BUILD YOUR WISHLIST

Already know what you need for your upcoming event? Choose from Total Events wide selection of event rentals to build your Wishlist right on our site! From tents, tables and chairs to gorgeous drapery, linens and lounge furniture, just select a category and click on the heart to save the item. Once you have added everything you need, click the heart cart, fill out your contact information and within one business day you will have a proposal or if necessary, be contacted by one of our Event Specialists. A hassle-free way to rent everything you need for your next event!

ON SITE MEETINGS / SITE INSPECTIONS

For many events, especially those with a tent, a site inspection will be needed to take accurate measurements and to ensure that the client’s vision and the complexities of the implementation processes are examined. Fees for these services are based on location.

CAD DIAGRAMS

We bring your event to life by creating diagrams of your space (up to two revisions complementary)! Our diagram system allows collaboration with your planner and venue so they are always up to date with your event. Want to make changes yourself? Absolutely! We can provide you full access for a small fee, allowing you to make changes on your own. You can even add details such as table numbering/assignments and guest dietary restrictions.

PERMIT AND SAFTEY REQUIREMENTS

The safety of you and your guests are always our priority. Most municipalities require licensed, insured tent installation companies to install tents in their towns and require a tent permit to ensure these companies are following high safety standards and processes, including coordinating fire marshal inspections and Dig-Safely requests. Total Events will handle all Dig-Safely requests at no charge. If your town requires a permit, we can manage the process (keep in mind most towns charge a fee for these permits).

CUSTOMER PICK-UP AND RETURN

For customers with smaller orders and those who have the proper vehicle, we offer customer pick-up and return. Please note that some items are restricted for customer pick up and return due to a need for assembly and special handling. Your Event Specialist can provide details and assist with any questions.

EVENT INSTALLATION SERVICES

Tents, dance floors, stage, lighting - Total Events is responsible for set-up and breakdown of these items at no additional charge. But what about tables and chairs, linen, centerpieces - who is responsible? Great question! This is a very important task to clarify with your vendor team. Venues, caterers and planners may each address this differently. And if necessary, Total Events can handle. On the same note, if you have a more complex or elaborate set-up that requires your Event Specialist to be on site during your event, we can certainly arrange to have them on site and assist with the coordination. During your Consult, your Event Specialist will discuss with you what costs are associated with these installation services.

There are no “re-do’s” with events. Regardless of the preparation that goes into an event, issues can arise that you may need help with. We pride ourselves on always being available to our clients should you have a problem. We offer an emergency hotline available 24/7 and will assist you in resolving the problem ASAP.
