Established in 1943, Anne’s Washington Inn has been family owned and operated since its inception. This charming bed and breakfast offers the best of both worlds, centered in downtown Saratoga Springs, while simultaneously sitting on four acres of greenery.  Notable for its classic Victorian architecture, the main building’s stark white exterior and green trim is the Inn’s most iconic feature. Its curb appeal is only one of the many charm’s that Anne’s Washington Inn has to offer, priding itself on its extensive amenities within the comfort of a bed & breakfast.

Anne’s Washington Inn features 18 rooms, each with their own unique and classic style. Antique furnishings and traditional décor carry throughout the entire Inn to create a quaint and cohesive feel throughout. The best part - your guests can stay right on site for the duration of your event!

Hosting every type of event, from baby and bridal showers to birthdays, weddings and even corporate retreats, Anne’s Washington Inn is a versatile venue that can accommodate your every need. The main dining room and lounge spaces are ideal for your intimate soirees and can fit up to 100 guests. Dress up your event inside the Inn with Total Event’s variety of linens, overlays, napkins and tabletop rentals.

For larger events, the front lawn is the perfect space to gather in the warmer months and offers a blank canvas where your vision can come to life! Often, utilized for wedding ceremonies and receptions alike, the lawn can fit up to 250 guests.
